A Monsey rabbi and his anti-Israel colleagues were condemned for embracing the Iranian president and speaking at a seminar for Holocaust deniers in Iran yesterday. The Neturei Karta rabbis, including Monsey Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss, provided a Jewish presence at the gathering of people trying to deny the genocide of 6 million Jews by Nazi Germany and its collaborators during World War II, critics said.
Neturei Karta's Hasidic Jews oppose the Jewish state on religious grounds and believe Jews should live under Arab Muslim rule until the Messiah comes. The conference was organized by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who calls the Holocaust a myth and advocates for the Israel's destruction. Conference speakers included David Duke, a white supremacist and former Louisiana state representative who contends that Israel organized the Sept. 11 terror attacks, and Holocaust deniers such as French writer Georges Thiel, who has called the extermination of Jews an enormous lie and denies the gas chambers existed.
John Lang, a West Nyack resident who escaped the Nazis in 1938, called the conference an "abomination intended to further denigrate Israel and the Jewish religion." Lang called Neturei Karta members an "embarrassment to the Jewish people just as much as David Duke is an embarrassment to Americans."
"All Western-styled countries have condemned this conference," Lang said. "This gives the Iranian president fodder and ammunition to listen to rabble-rousing racists who come from across the globe to back his views on the Holocaust."
Members of Neturei Karta, a fringe group, have burned the Israeli flag in Rockland and elsewhere, attended anti-Israel events, and protested Israel. They have met with and been paid advisors to the late PLO leader Yasser Arafat, while also supporting Nation of Islam's Louis Farrakahn. Weiss, the group's leader in Monsey, could not be reached for comment yesterday. A message was left for him with his family.
At the conference, Weiss and the four other rabbis wore long black coats and black hats, with some wearing badges depicting the Israeli flag crossed out. They embraced the Iranian president. Rabbi Ahron Cohen, in a speech published on Neturei Karta's Web site, told the conference it was wrong to deny the Holocaust. He argued that Zionists had misused the Holocaust to get a Jewish state.
"We came here to put the Orthodox Jewish viewpoint regarding the attitude to the Holocaust," Cohen said. "We certainly say there was a Holocaust, we lived through the Holocaust. ... Judaism and Zionism are totally different and diametrically opposed concepts."
Rockland Sheriff James Kralik, who oversees anti-terrorism planning in Rockland, said Karta rabbis gave credibility to an Iranian leader and Islamic zealot who wanted to kill Jews. "These are extreme fundamentalists who have come together," Kralik said. Dr. Mandell Ganchrow, a founder of the pro-Israel Hudson Valley Political Action Committee and a religious Zionist, said the group's attendance went beyond their religious views on Israel.
"These people are self-hating Jews," Ganchrow said. "They will embrace anything perverse and disgusting. To walk into the same room and rub shoulders with people like Ahmadinejad and David Duke is beyond the pale."
Rabbi Michael Gisser of the Holocaust Museum and Study Center in Spring Valley said the conference already had received too much publicity. He noted that an Arab living in the West Bank created a Holocaust memorial in hopes of establishing peace and was denied entrance to Iran for the conference. Gisser called Neturei Karta participation a "hillul Hashem," a blasphemy so deep that even God will weep. "You have Jews from Monsey who call themselves religious who'd rather see the destruction of a Jewish state and have more Jews murdered by denying the legacy of their memories," Gisser said. "How many times must the victim be victimized?"

NETURI KARTA SPEECH AT HOLOCAUST DENIAL CONFERENCE IN IRAN - THE NAZIS DID THE WORK OF G-D
...
"...the perpetrators of a crime, although fully guilty and responsible for their actions, would never have succeeded in their evil unless the A-lmighty wished it. So, to that extent the victim or victims have of course to attempt to avoid the evil, but if this proves impossible, then they have to accept the will of the A-lmighty."
MAYBE IT WAS NOT SIX MILLION, MAYBE THERE WERE NO GAS CHAMBERS
"Firstly, the facts. There is no doubt what so ever, that during World War 2 there developed a terrible and catastrophic policy and action of genocide perpetrated by Nazi Germany against the Jewish People, confirmed by innumerable eye witness survivors and fully documented again and again.
I personally was spared the worst effects of the War because I was living in England which thankfully was not occupied by Nazi Germany. However, I and many many others lost countless friends and relatives who perished under the Nazi rule by intentional murder and genocide.
Three million Jews in Poland, more than half a million in Hungary, many tens or hundreds of thousands in Russia, Slovakia, France, Belgium, Holland and more. The figure of six million is regularly quoted. One may wish to dispute this actual figure, but the crime was just as dreadful whether the millions (and there were millions) of victims numbered six million, five million or four million. The method of murder is also irrelevant, whether it was by gas chamber (and there were eye witnesses to this), firing squads or whatever. The evil was the same. It would be a terrible affront to the memory of those who perished to belittle the guilt of the crime in any way."
NTUREI KARTA
We demand the arrest of Neturei Karta members for collaboration with the Iranian Nazis and their extradition to Israel using the Eichmann trial as a precedent. The Christians should join on this because they are being persecuted in Iran. Ahmadinejad has to undergo removement for the sake of improvement along with any collaborators. Ahmadinejad soon will be a Hitler with an arsenal of nuclear weapons. Why wait before he pushes the button and raises radiation through out world to a dangerous not to mention his ambition to wipe Israel off the map. He wants to have his own version of the Fourth Reich - he wants to relive the days of the old Persian Empire in a Nazi-like fashion. What is ironic is that the old Persian Empire was relatively kind to the Jews. Ahmadinejad will never match up to King Cyrus.

FOR THEIR SERVICES
Rabbi, Hamas minister in ‘joint coalition’ An anti-Zionist rabbi met with a Hamas minister and announced a “joint coalition” between their groups.
Rabbi Moishe Arye Friedman, a leading rabbi among hundreds of ani-Zionist Orthodox Jews in Vienna, met in Stockholm on Thursday with Atef Adwan, a member of the Palestinian Authority government from the terrorist group Hamas, The Associated Press reported.
Friedman pledged to “do everything in practical terms to help the Palestinian people.” “We will support them in ways that others have failed to do,” he said.
According to the A.P., Friedman rejects Israel’s right to exist and has described the Holocaust as punishment for Zionist Jews who strayed from God’s path. A relatively small number of fervently religious Jews have made common cause with Israel’s enemies because they believe that Jews should not have political sovereignty until the Messiah comes.
The Orthodox Jews and the Hassidic community are totally opposed to the Farakhan worshiping suicide-bomber cheering section AKA the Neturei Karta Krackpots. What motivates these Naturei Karta swine to work with those who wish to exerminate Jews from the face of the earth? Do they think that they will be spared when the BIG DAY comes? Do they believe in social darwinism, that the Nazis were purifying the Jews by exterminating the irreligous etc. and were acting as the hand of G-D? Who finances its activities? The Israelis discovered that the PLO financed some of them. What other Jew hating groups have they taken money from? We know they gave money to the Spotlight, a newspaper founded in the 1950's by the members of the Nazi intelligence network in America set up by Hitler's Third Reich who went undiscovered during World War II and by others less fortune, who were interred in camps in the United States because of their covert activities on behalf of the Nazis. Spotlight folded after a beef with The Institute For Historical Review over money from the Edison Estate. Forget the social darwinism, now they claim the Holocaust was exaggerated and speak the Historial Review meetings. They are told not to collaborate with secular Jews or non-believers in their fight against Zionism yet they work with Leftists or every persuasion. Many of them are on medication, one of them tied up and tortured his own mother. They show up at JDO demonstrations praising Farrakhan, they sat shiver from Arafat and on and on. Where in the Torah or any other book of Jewish law does it say that Jews should join forces with the enemies of the Jewish people in a pact that will result in the death of other Jews? That will result in their own death? This is pathological behavior in its most extreme form - mass suicide.
Moishe Arye Friedman Reaches New Low

VIENNA
Even for one of Europe's quirkier capitals, it was a bizarre spectacle - a far-right politician who has questioned the existence of Nazi gas chambers noshing on salmon pate at a bar mitzva and tapping his foot to wildly pulsating hassidic music.
"The rabbi is a good friend of mine," John Gudenus said of his host. "Why, we've even had him over to the house!" They make strange bedfellows from opposite fringes - ultra-rightists and ultra-Orthodox Jews, joined in an alliance for diverging ends. Brooklyn-born Moishe Arye Friedman says he's chief rabbi for hundreds of anti-Zionist Orthodox Jews in Vienna. He wants formal state recognition of his religious community, and thinks the rightists can help. Gudenus and his cohorts say they have no hidden agenda in supporting Friedman's cause - but they may have something to gain from it.
"For people like this, being seen with an Orthodox Jew is an attempt to gain some legitimacy," says Wolfgang Neugebauer, the recently retired head of the publicly funded office that tracks neo-Nazi trends in Austria. "They try to create an 'alibi Jew' to escape accusations of anti-Semitism." The rightists sorely need positive publicity. Their Freedom Party, which shocked Europe in 1999 by winning enough election votes to merit a place in the government, is on the ropes after its less extreme wing bolted to form its own party this year.
Even as official Austria struggles to come to grips with the country's part in the Holocaust during the time it was annexed to Hitler's Third Reich, the hard-liners continue to provoke uproar by sounding like apologists for the Nazis. Just last month, Gudenus declared anew that whether the gas chambers existed should be "seriously debated." Last week he amended that view to "there were gas chambers, though not in the Third Reich but in Poland." He neglected to mention Mauthausen, 240 kilometers west of Vienna, whose gas chamber killed thousands.
Gudenus is under intense political pressure to give up his seat in Austria's upper legislative chamber. Meanwhile, Ewald Stadler, former top aide to Joerg Haider (who led the Freedom Party to its 1999 triumph), also continues to stir the pot. He has equated Nazi rule of Austria to the post-World War II occupation by the Allies. Stadler, who sports a dueling scar on his cheek and revels in the nickname "Doberman," was also at the bar mitzva, beaming as he was dragged into a line of dancing rabbis.
What the rightists and the rabbi share is a campaign against the "Israelite Religious Community," the body formally recognized by the government as representing all Jews in the city, and therefore the channel through which the government doles out support to Jewish schools, synagogues and other establishments. The set-up, a relic from Austria's imperial past, was ruled unconstitutional in 1982. But the government has yet to rule on Friedman's bid to have his group recognized as a Jewish community independent of and fully equal to the 7,000-member Israelite Religious Community.
While the rightists sometimes cross swords with the group over such issues as compensation for Holocaust victims, Friedman's feud with the recognized Jewish community has grown so bitter that the latter has unsuccessfully sought to have him declared mentally incompetent. So the rabbi has turned to Stadler, who is one of the country's three "People's Attorneys," or ombudsmen. Stadler says he could not hesitate, and besides, he says he and Friedman see eye-to-eye on important things. He has no Nazis in the family and I have no Nazis in my family!" says Stadler, with a grin. The diminutive Friedman also courts controversy by uttering views that are repudiated by most Jews and in some cases embraced by far-rightists. Friedman denies Israel's right to exist, saying it is up to God to lead Jews out of the Diaspora. He says Zionist Jews share the blame for the Holocaust, which he sees as punishment for straying from God's path. Jewish anti-Zionism, on both religious or political grounds, is as old as Zionism itself. But it tends to be a minority view. Friedman is shunned by representatives of the Israelite Religious Community, who accuse him of being on the rightists' payroll - something he does not deny . "He's a one-man show," says the community's secretary general, Avshalom Hodik. "And Stadler is an extremist. We have extremists attracting each other."
RABBI MORDECHI WEBERMAN IS A TRAITOR TO THE JEWISH PEOPLE
This past weekend got real hot for the Naturei Karta traitors. A delegation of these collaborators along with Arab terrorists, about 20 in all, showed up at a Rally for Israel to not disengage. They chanted vile and vicious things against Israel as well as tried to hand out vicious flyers calling for Israel’s destruction. JDO youth and other angry Jews - a huge crowd then surrounded these traitors.
JDO led the huge crowd in chants of "self-hating Jews, Traitors Go Home " JDO also led chants of " Mordechi Weberman you are a traitor" (Mordechi Weberman is a top Naturei Karta leader, not to be confused with his cousin Alan Weberman)
At that point the crowd of good Jews got within inches of these Naturei Karta traitors. Then the Naturei Karta Arab-funded back stabbers told the police they were afraid to walk to the subway fearing what JDO Youth might do to them. The police had to place them in cabs to evacuate them from the area of 97th St and 5th Avenue, Manhattan. During the confrontation JDO spokesmen kept hammering away that Naturei Karta are NOT Chassidim. Instead they are Adam Shapiros with Yarmulkes.
Meanwhile JDO organizers at the Israel Day Parade spread the word far and wide with thousands of leaflets that it's time to join the JDO . A large number of Jews agreed after seeing JDO Youth in action against the snakes of Naturei Karta, Arab Hitler Arafat's collaborators in trying to destroy Jews in Israel!

RABBI MORDECHAI WEBERMAN: HIS TRAUMATIC CHILDHOOD LEFT HIM A MENTAL BASKET CASE
I first met my cousin, Mordechi Weberman at 474 Brooklyn Avenue, the home of my grandfather, Herman Weberman. I was about 10 years old but I will never forget it. I asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up. He said, "A GANGSTER" I was speaking with him in a bedroom, looking out an open window. I went into the living room and told my dad, "Mordechai wants to be a gangster when he grows up." My father told me that he had a bad childhood and had serious mental problems. I would see him at family functions and he seemed to grow progressively more frum (religious). About ten years ago someone told me, "There was a Rabbi Mordechi Weberman on WBAI talking about how Israel and all its Jewish inhabitants should leave the land or be destroyed." Yup, cousin Mordechai had realized his ambition.
A gangster, a killer. Tear the Jewish people from their homeland so that would be scattered throughout the world and picked off easily by any two-bit Hitler that arose from the slime.
Read this court case and find out why numerous members of NUTurei CAIRta have mental problems - for example one of the who shall go nameless tied up and tortured his mother. When members of the Jewish community confronted other NKers about this they did not deny it but said it went against halacha (Jewish Law) to talk negative truth about other Jewish people. Meaning of course only their own members.
U.S. ISLAMIC GROUPS HOST GOOD JEWS
www.jewsnotzionists.org'Able to advocate for the destruction of Israel without having to say so'
Several U.S. Islamic groups announced they are jointly sponsoring a speaking tour for the leader of the Neturei Karta, an ultra-Orthodox segment that advocates the dismantling of Israel, justifies suicide bombings and blames the Holocaust on "Zionists."
The Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, announced that "in an effort to foster better cooperation between Muslims and Jews," its Southern California chapter, along with several California mosques and branches of the Muslim Student Association, is sponsoring a speaking tour by "the renowned Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss, director of Neturei Karta."
CAIR says its association with Weiss' group will improve interfaith dialogue and "focus on ways for Muslims and Jews to cooperate, in order to challenge racism, injustice and those who attempt to divide us along religious lines."
The Neturei Karta have spoken publicly at anti-Israel rallies and parades under the banners of Hezbollah and Hamas. During its most recent tour, the group appeared at several colleges and universities, including the University of California at Irvine campus, where it reiterated its support for suicide bombings and suggested that Palestinian terrorism is the moral equivalent of Israel's efforts to protect its citizens.
After Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, the founder and spiritual leader of Hamas, was killed in an Israeli military assassination, Weiss memorialized Yassin at a New York ceremony. His group also annually protests the Israel Day Parade in New York.
Yasser Arafat has pledged numerous times to appoint to his cabinet a member of Neturei Karta to supervise Jewish affairs if the Palestinians get a state.
Regarding the recent Hague ruling that Israel's security fence, which has been credited with keeping Palestinians out, must be dismantled, Weiss said, "We pass no opinion on the legality or otherwise of `the wall.' We do however pass an opinion of absolute illegality on the Zionist state known as `Israel.'"
"By sponsoring Neturei Karta, CAIR is able to advocate for the destruction of Israel without having to say so," said Kevin O'Grady, associate director of the Anti-Defamation League's Orange County/Long Beach regional office. "Moreover, by using a Jewish group as its mouthpiece, CAIR is seeking to insulate itself against charges of anti-Semitism and posture as a broad-minded civil rights organization."
Middle East scholar and CAIR critic Daniel Pipes, director of the Middle East Forum, told WorldNetDaily, "That CAIR and the MSA is sponsoring a Jewish group seeking the end of Israel exposes both CAIR's deceitful ways and its horrid agenda. I look forward to the day when Americans and Canadians have understood what CAIR represents, and so rendering it as marginal to North American politics as is Neturei Karta, its new partner."
CAIR and the Muslim Student Association long have used their organizations to sponsor groups that support terrorism. The MSA sponsored a recent tour of Al-Muhajiroun, an Islamic extremist group suspected of ties to al-Qaida, at American university campuses.
WorldNetDaily attended an MSA-sponsored speech at Queensborough Community College in New York in which a Muhajiroun youth leader told student MSA members, "We are not Americans, we are Muslims. ... It is us versus them! Truth against falsehood! The colonizers and masters against the oppressed, and we will burn down the master's house!"
The Muhajiroun leader continued: "The so-called terrorists are the only people who truly fear Allah. ...We must join with these organizations. They are the only worthy causes. ...We reject the U.N., reject America, reject all law and order. Don't lobby Congress or protest because we don't recognize Congress! The only relationship you should have with America is to topple it."
NETUREI KARTA SYNAGOUGE IN MONSEY VANDALIZED
By STEVE LIEBERMANTHE JOURNAL NEWS
(Original publication: July 19, 2002)
MONSEY - A synagogue run by anti-Zionist Orthodox Jews was found spray-painted yesterday with Stars of David and Hebrew words glorifying Jerusalem as the Jewish state's eternal capital.
The markings on an outer wall of Yeshiva Beis Yehud and two cars were found on Tisha B'Av, during which Jews fast and commemorate the destruction of the first temple in Jerusalem.
The synagogue leaders of Neturei Karta called the graffiti a desecration and an attempt to intimidate them.
Neturei Karta, which in Hebrew means "Guardians of the Wall" of the Jerusalem temple, supports dissolving Israel and creating a Palestinian Arab government.
Neturei Karta, whose members work with Palestinian groups opposed to Israel, believes that only the coming of the biblical Messiah can bring about a Jewish homeland.
"They are trying to harass us and stop us from our activism to dismantle Israel and Zionism, which has caused so much bloodshed and anti-Semitism against the Jewish people," Rabbi Chaim Sofer said.
Ramapo police detectives are investigating the incident as a bias crime, Capt. Edward Dolan said. Dolan said the issue comes down to pro-Israel Jews against those who oppose the Jewish state.
"We will do what we can to try and track down who did it, but when push comes to shove, our chances of an arrest are probably not too great," Dolan said.
Several past Neturei Karta anti-Israel demonstrations have resulted in minor confrontations with pro-Israel supporters, Dolan said.
In June, police said, one person was charged with disorderly conduct after pushing a Neturei Karta member and starting to crumple an anti-Israel sign during a demonstration against former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Netanyahu spoke in Monsey at a fund-raiser for victims of the violence in Israel.
In April, pushing and shoving started when three dozen Neturei Karta members burned the Israeli flag during Purim, a festival celebrating freedom from persecution by the Persians.
Yesterday morning, blue spray-painted Stars of David were found on two cars. One was a van owned Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss, a Neturei Karta spokes-man who lives behind the synagogue. Rabbi Pinchas Feldman's car also was spray-painted.
A Star of David and the Hebrew words from Psalm 137:5-6 by King David of Israel were on a side wall, the rabbis said.
One English translation of the Psalm reads: "If I forget you Jerusalem, May I forget my right hand. May my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth, If I ever don't think of you, If I don't raise up Jerusalem above my highest joy."
Most Jewish leaders consider Neturei Karta a fringe group.
The Neturei Karta rabbis said a few hundred thousand Orthodox Jews support their cause, but that the group has become a lightning rod for the anti-Israel movement because of its public protests. The rabbis contend that Muslims, Christians and Palestinian leaders opposed to Israeli actions write to them about their position on separating Judaism from Israel.
"We are targeted because we expose the conduct of the Zionist establishment against the Torah," Rabbi Chaim Tzvi Freimann said. "We always hold peaceful demonstrations."
Monsey, NY -- February 23 2002 Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss, spokesman for Neturei Karta International announced this evening that the organization of anti-Zionist Jews will publicly burn the Israeli flag in a series of ceremonies around the world on "Purim" Tuesday, February 26.
"The Zionist experiment has reached its inevitable conclusion. Death tolls mount and no viable solution is in sight. Slowly the Jewish people are awakening to the reality of Zionism, its rejection of Torah views of exile and redemption, combined with its aggressive stance towards Gentiles in general and Palestinians in particular."
The Rabbi explained, "By burning the Israeli flag we are symbolically declaring that the Israeli state, contrary to its absurd claims, is not representative of the Jewish people. In fact, its denial of our faith and its brutalization of the Palestinian people, renders it antithetical to Judaism."
The timing of the flag burning is seen as particularly significant. "Tuesday is Purim, a holiday remembering the victory of faith over barbarism and good over evil, in ancient times. It is appropriate that we repudiate the contemporary heresy and violence of Zionism on this day," Rabbi Weiss added.
"Zionism refuses to accept our status as people in exile. This is
metaphysical impudence. It is the task of world Jewry to remain patriotic
citizens of the lands of their dispersion and pursue peace with all men. In
the Holy Land, this means welcoming Palestinian sovereignty over the land.
Accordingly, we will carry the Palestinian flag at the flag burnings."
"The rejection of Zionism is the only path to peace. We hope that many Jews
will participate in this international event." Neturei Karta International

Dear Rabbi Hirsch:
Further to our recent telephone discussion, on behalf of myself, the Palestinian Authority and the people of Palestine I wish to express my deepest thanks to you and all the many Ultra-Orthodox Jews worldwide, and to many Jews who supported us both laymen and rabbis, for their expressions and demonstrations of heartfelt sympathy for the ongoing suffering of the Palestinian people in Palestine at the hands of the Israeli government. No words can express how it makes us feel to know your community has spoken up throughout the world on our behalf.
These expressions are priceless examples of the long-standing and abiding relationship between Jews and Arabs reaching back hundreds of years, and enable the entire world to see the stark contrast between the eternal and beautiful values of Judaism and those embodied in aggressive Zionism. These demonstrations and expressions are of critical importance in enabling the Palestinian people and Arabs worldwide to see this crucial difference so that everyone understands that the actions of the Israeli State do not reflect anything rooted in the traditions, beliefs and laws of Judaism. This is vital in emphasizing that there is no conflict between Jew and Arab.
Again, Rabbi Hirsch, please transmit our best wishes and prayers for true peace and harmony to your entire community worldwide.
